A floor subsidence was observed on the kitchen tiles in Brighton.

A floor subsidence was observed on the kitchen tiles in Brighton. Upon removing the floor, we discovered a pipe leak. We fixed the leak, and since the joists were rotted, we replaced them, added extra support legs, and secured them with bolts. We then installed a new chipboard subfloor and overlaid it with HardieBacker backerboard before laying the tiles. It turned out rock solid.
