New Home Floor Tiling.

We tiled the hallway, kitchen, and bathroom floors for a client's newly purchased home in Andover. Because the chipboard subfloor was movement-prone, we screwed it down in 140 places to secure it. We then applied Mapei Eco Prim Grip Plus, allowed it to dry, and coated it with MAPEI Mapelastic AquaDefense, leaving it to cure for 12 hours. Afterward, we laid the floor tiles.
